Lindsay Lohan has a new ankle bracelet, The SCRAM bracelet will sample Lindsay's body sweat once every half hour as she goes about her daily business, and it will detect whether she's taken any drugs or drank any alcohol.
The device is also capable of letting authorities know her whereabouts at any given time should she decide to leave Los Angeles.
One of the devices was slapped on Lindsay Lohan’s ankle bracelet Monday by a judge angered because the actress didn’t show up for a hearing last week in Beverly Hills, Calif., and instead attended the Cannes Film Festival in France.
