Tata Nano Smallest Car Launch on 23rd March

Indian Auto Giant Tata Motors has planned to launch launch its most awaited smal Rs one lacs car Nano, slated to be the world's cheapest car, on March 23 and accept bookings from the second week of April. Since its unveiling on January 10, 2008 the Nano has evoked unprecedented interest with its website having recorded over 30 million hits in the past one year. The car expected to be priced around Rs 1,00,000 was unveiled in January 2008 and was scheduled to go on sale last October, but problems with the main plant location delayed the launch.
